Our Quaint Boutique carries a comparatively small, special selection of sometimes limited edition merchandise. You can be assured that we will only sell items that have passed our high standard inspection process. When items arrive in our store from our manufacturers every piece is scrutinized for spots, tears, uneven seams, loose strings, holes and are free of any damage. We will not sell defective merchandise.
If you are not pleased with your purchase a refund may be issued to the original method of payment for price of item only within 30 days of purchase date. You may also request a store credit to use in the future or in the form of a Gift Certificate so you may "gift" a purchase to someone else. Refund policy applies to web orders only. All sale or discounted items are Final Sale and non returnable/refundable.
It's important we receive your return in perfect unworn condition with all tags & labels still attached in original box with tissue. Shoes must be returned in original condition with no sign of wear. Determining fit should not incur any damage or wear to the product. We will not accept returns for exchange if item has been worn, soiled, damaged, smells of smoke or compromised in any way. Please exercise caution when trying on your item.

To Return an item; Contact us for a return authorization number within 30 days of your receipt. Carefully package up your item, place appropriate amount of shipping on your return package and return using a reliable, traceable and insured method. Please write down the tracking number for your records. Refunds or credit for shipping is not possible.
